Linishing Belt - Aluminium Oxide BeltALY Belts

Aluminium oxide – red in colour. 

ALY belts are ideally suited to the preparation of carbon steel substrates.

ZLY Belts

Zirchromium – blue in colour. 

ZLY belts are ideally suited to the preparation of stainless steel.  

Exceptionally high performance, ZLY belts are tough and sharp with superior properties.

Large amounts of material can be removed by ZLY belts in a single pass.

Recommendations:

We recommend the use of 24 grit for the preparation of rubber covered rollers.

Due to the roll activators capabilities, however, we offer a full range of grit sizes.  Custom belts and finishes are available on request.

Belts in stock fit Rollertech roll activators, please contact us if you require different sizes.
